1. WHO WE ARE

Instant Wealth Readiness™ (IWR™) is an educational simulation platform designed to help college athletes make better financial and compliance decisions in NIL environments. We collect contributor stories and experiences to improve the realism and accuracy of our simulation content. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you submit a contributor story, we may collect: your full name, email address, phone number, professional role, affiliated team or organization, year(s) of relevant experience, date of submission, a written description of your experience or scenario, and any attachments you voluntarily provide. You control whether your name is associated with your submission publicly or whether your contribution is used anonymously.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Information you submit is used exclusively to:

• Develop, refine, and validate simulation scenarios within the IWR™ platform

• Ensure educational content reflects real-world NIL, financial, and compliance situations

• Credit contributors publicly (only if you select public attribution)

• Contact you for follow-up questions if you consent to be contacted

We do not sell, rent, license, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your submission will never be used to identify, profile, or evaluate any athlete for eligibility or compliance purposes.

4. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII)

Your personally identifiable information, including name, email, phone number, and employer, is stored securely and separately from scenario content. PII is never embedded in public-facing simulation content without your explicit written consent. When a scenario is published in the platform, it is either:

• Anonymous, no identifying information appears in the scenario

• Attributed, only your name and role appear, as you selected

You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting us at the email provided in Section 9.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

All submission data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Submissions are stored in secured systems with access limited to authorized IWR™ team members involved in content development. We do not store payment information. Phone numbers and email addresses are stored only for contact purposes and are not visible in any public-facing content.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your submission and associated PII; withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal; and receive a copy of your submission data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 9.

7. CHILDREN AND STUDENT-ATHLETES

This contributor portal is intended for professionals, coaches, agents, advisors, and former or current athletes aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are a current student-athlete, your submission may reference your experience but should not include identifying information about other minors or information that could affect your eligibility status.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE GRANT

By submitting content to IWR™, you grant Instant Wealth Readiness™ a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, adapt, modify, translate, and incorporate your submission into educational simulation content. You retain ownership of your original story. This license allows us to transform your experience into fictional scenario format for educational use. We will not reproduce your exact words verbatim without attribution.

9. CONTACT US

For privacy questions, data access requests, or to withdraw your submission, contact the IWR™ privacy team. All requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days and resolved within 30 days.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to contributors via email if you provided contact information. Continued use of the contributor portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Instant Wealth Readiness™ • DataNav Solutions™ • Effective: 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Instant Wealth Readiness™ platform ("IWR" or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing IWR on behalf of an educational institution, athletic department, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using IWR, you certify that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may not use this Platform. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13 years of age in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. Educational Records and FERPA

IWR may be deployed by educational institutions subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. 1232g. In such contexts:

3.1 Institutional Responsibility. The educational institution deploying IWR is the data controller for student education records generated through the Platform. DataNav Solutions acts as a School Official under FERPA to the extent permitted by institutional agreement.

3.2 Data Access. Coaches and compliance administrators granted institutional access may view athlete assessment scores, completion status, and readiness profiles for athletes under their program.

3.3 Student Rights. Athletes retain all rights afforded under FERPA, including the right to inspect their education records, request correction of inaccurate information, and consent to disclosure to third parties outside of legitimate educational interest exceptions.

3.4 Data Retention. Assessment data is stored locally on the user's device via browser storage. Institutional deployments with backend database integration are subject to the data retention schedule specified in the institutional agreement.

4. Accessibility -- ADA and Section 508

DataNav Solutions is committed to making IWR accessible to users with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. We are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Users requiring accessibility accommodations may contact us at info@datanavsolutions.com. Institutional deployments must ensure equal access for all student-athletes regardless of disability status.

5. NIL and NCAA Compliance

IWR is designed to support NCAA-compliant financial literacy education. Completion of IWR does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. The scenarios and educational content are for training purposes only. Athletes should consult licensed advisors before making any financial, contractual, or NIL decisions. Institutional use of IWR certificates as documentation of athlete financial education compliance is at the discretion of the institution and applicable conference or governing body.

6. Intellectual Property

IWR™, Instant Wealth Readiness™, Readiness Scout™, and Playbook Identity™ are trademarks of DataNav Solutions. The Platform content, scenarios, scoring methodology, and archetype framework are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DataNav Solutions does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that assessment results will predict any particular outcome. Assessment scores reflect behavioral patterns in simulated scenarios and are not diagnostic, psychological, or predictive instruments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataNav Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the institution for the applicable access period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

1. Information We Collect

The IWR platform collects the following information during profile setup: first name, last name, sport, position, jersey number, academic year, team name, and team color preferences. During assessment, we record your scenario responses, category scores, Playbook Identity archetype assignment, and completion status. No payment information, Social Security numbers, or government identifiers are collected.

2. How We Store Your Data

All data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on external servers in the current platform version. Clearing your browser data or switching devices will remove your saved progress. A cloud backup feature requiring explicit consent is planned for a future version.

3. Institutional Data Sharing

If you accessed IWR using an institution-issued access code, your completion status, readiness score, Playbook Identity profile, and certificate status are visible to your program director and compliance officer through the coach dashboard. This sharing constitutes disclosure to a School Official with a legitimate educational interest as permitted under FERPA. You may request a record of what has been shared by contacting your institution's compliance office.

4. AI and Third-Party Processing

When AI-powered features are active, scenario content is processed through the Anthropic API via a secure proxy. Scenario text does not include your name or personal identifying information. Anthropic processes this data subject to their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. No other third-party services receive your personal data in the current platform version.

5. California Residents -- CCPA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides you the following rights:

Right to Know. You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected. Because IWR stores data locally on your device, you may exercise this right by clearing your browser data. For institutionally shared data, contact your institution's compliance office.

Right to Opt Out. IWR does not sell personal information to third parties. There is no opt-out required for data sales.

Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights.

6. Texas Residents -- TDPSA

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) provides you rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data. IWR does not process sensitive personal data as defined under the TDPSA. To submit a request under the TDPSA, contact: info@datanavsolutions.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

7. Virginia Residents -- CDPA

If you are a Virginia resident, the Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA) provides you the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of certain processing of your personal data. To submit a request under the CDPA, contact: info@datanavsolutions.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

8. Your Rights -- All Users

Access and Correction. You may access and correct your profile information at any time through the platform settings.

Deletion. You may delete all locally stored platform data by clearing your browser storage. For data visible to your institution, contact your compliance officer or email info@datanavsolutions.com.

Data Portability. You may export your assessment results and certificate through the My Profile tab.

9. Data Retention

Data stored in browser localStorage persists until cleared by the user. Institutionally shared data (scores, completion status, certificates) visible in coach dashboards is retained for the duration of the institutional agreement. Upon request, DataNav Solutions will provide instructions for complete data removal.

10. Children's Privacy

IWR is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact info@datanavsolutions.com immediately. We will take steps to remove such information promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

DataNav Solutions reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted within the Platform and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Material changes will be communicated to institutional administrators via email.
